Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship packages all around the world everyday. If you're interested in purchasing a fishing reel through the website and you are outside of Canada & the US, please email us first for an accurate shipping quote.

hat methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards securely through our online shopping cart using PayPal. This is the easiest and quickest method of payment. We can also accept International Money Orders and Visa, Mastercard and AMEX over the phone.


Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

I've emailed you, when I can expect to hear back from you?
We try to respond to emails as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. Sometimes it can take a little longer depending on the amount of incoming emails. Please keep in mind that we are also closed on weekends & holidays.


How long until I receive my order?
Orders take approx. 1-2 business days to be processed, most are same day. Once they have been shipped out, shipping time depends on where the buyer is from. Please see our shipping policies for more information.


Do you have other Mitchell parts that are not listed on the website?
Yes, we have THOUSANDS of Mitchell parts in stock for both new and older Mitchell models. We'll be adding more models and parts to the website weekly! If you'd like to inquire a part not listed on the website, you can do so by clicking on the "Request a Part" to the left.


Do you service/restore Mitchell reels?
Yes we do! If you've got a Mitchell reel that's not working, or you'd like to have it restored, we can help! Click on "SERVICES" in the menu at the top of the page for more details.


I run a Reel Repair business, can I receive a discount?
Sorry, we can not offer discounts on these particular parts because many of these are no longer available, and once we sell out, we can not get any more.
