HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

In order to use the secure shopping cart system on our website you will need either a PayPal account or a valid credit card on hand. If you don't have an account or credit card, see bottom of page.

Adding An Item To Your Shopping Cart
If you are looking to purchase part(s) click on the "PARTS" button at the top of the screen. From here you will be given a list of models. Select the type of reel you need the part for and you'll be given a list of all the parts that belong to that reel. From here you can select each part by its number or description, and to the left a photo of the part will appear along with a description and price. If this is the part that you'd like to purchase, click on "Add To Cart". From here you can pay for the part, or if you would like to add more parts, close this window and continue shopping. Everything that you add to your cart will be saved for you (until you've left the site). Once you have added everything that you'd like to purchase, click on the "View Cart" button on the top right hand side of the screen. A window will open that will show everything that you'd like to purchase.

Removing An Item From Your Shopping Cart
Bring up your shopping cart by click on the "View Cart" button on the top right hand side of the screen. A window will open that shows everything that you've added to your cart. To remove any of these items, change the quantity to "0" and the click on "Update Cart".

Purchasing More Then One
You can change the quantity once the window pops up to show that you have added 1 of the parts to your cart. Just replace the "1" with the amount that you'd like to order, and click on "Update Cart".

Purchasing Without Using The Shopping Cart? We also accept International Money Orders for payment (sorry NO checks). You can email us at sales@mitchellparts.com with the parts that you'd like to purchase, and we will send further instructions.
