SHIPPING POLICIES
US & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All orders are shipped through Canada Post. General
delivery time to the US is approx. 7-10 business days
(this does not include weekends or holidays). This is excluding Alaska, and
Hawaii which may take a little longer. General delivery time overseas is 10 - 14
business days.
Tracking & Insurance are not included but can be
requested for an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote prior to
making a purchase.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
All orders are shipped through Canada Post. General
delivery time within Canada takes approx. 2-5 business days (this does not
include weekends or holidays. Parts small enough to fit in a bubble envelope are
sent standard Letter Mail.
Tracking & Insurance are not included but can be
requested for an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote prior to
making a purchase.
The
Reel Doctor can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that did not
have tracking.
